The Red Rooster Restaurant in Hobart, IN serves up home cooking plain and simple. I ordered from the pick 3 special costing $4.99. The biscuit and gravy could have had more sausage, but all in all good. A chocolate shake made the perfect accompaniment on a hot morning.

Day 29 Schoop's Burger

Schoop's is an Indiana institution, warning they use american cheese. The one I went to was shaped like a chrome trailer in Portage.
